PICKING UP YOUR POTTERY
Please Note
Kindly keep in mind that pottery items can, on occasion, experience breakage, even while inside the kiln. Regrettably, we are unable to assume responsibility for any breakages that might occur during this process. Furthermore, we kindly request that items are appropriately labeled and sorted, as this will greatly assist us in ensuring their proper handling and storage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Workshops
Your crafted ceramics from the workshop will be ready for pickup in our shop (Kasimir-Pfyffer-Strasse 14) after a 5-week period. Just visit us and locate your piece on the designated pickup shelves.

We kindly ask you to collect your bisque and glazed pieces from the designated member racks within the next 30 days. To facilitate this process, please ensure that all your pieces are clearly labeled with your name. Any items left unclaimed after this 30-day period will unfortunately need to be removed.
