Irène and Alessia from The Goddess Collective will introduce you to the art of creating ceremonial incense based on ancient traditions, enabling you to discover the healing benefits of mindfulness and self-empowerment, followed by a short but powerful Kundalini breath meditation that will help you to release what no longer serves you and to feel all those feelings lovingly. Afterward, Paulina will guide you in hand-building pottery, where you can channel your creative energy and find balance and focus. The full moon evening celebration is the perfect opportunity to reflect on your journey and harness the power of the cosmos’ energy.

Preparation: We recommend eating moderate meals before the workshop. Try to stop eating 90 minutes before the workshop.
Pottery: The item will be glazed by us afterward. You can choose between two elegant and timeless colors: white or olive. The workshop includes all materials, tools, and firing.
